Who handles your enquiry

ExFu is a trading name of WhaleyBear Ltd. Alastair Brayne handles enquiries. You can contact me at al@exfu.ai about your information.

What this website collects

When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, selected type of support and the message you submit. If you use the quiz, it creates an editable summary in your browser. Quiz answers are sent only when you submit the enquiry and include them in your message.

The site does not add advertising cookies or use marketing analytics. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

What happens to an enquiry

Your details are used to respond to your request and discuss potential work. They are not added to a marketing mailing list by this form. Please avoid including passwords, sensitive client material or other information that is not needed for an initial conversation.

The website and form are hosted by Netlify. Submitted enquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, and may be delivered to my email as a notification. These service providers may process data outside the UK. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices.

Keeping and removing information

Enquiry information is kept for responding to you and any related discussion about working together. If you want to ask what information is held, correct it or request its deletion, email al@exfu.ai. If we work together, any additional handling of business or client information will be agreed as part of the engagement.
