What would help your agent?

These are a few of the main plugins. The marketplace often has more tools and editions than we list here, along with their current documentation.

Step 1 · Once per app

Add the ExFu marketplace.

The marketplace is the catalogue of ExFu plugins. Choose your app below to see how to access it, then choose whichever plugins you want. If you have already added it, go straight to your plugin.

In Cowork

In Claude Desktop, open Cowork, then Customize → Plugins. Under Personal plugins, choose + → Add marketplace and add from a repository.

In Claude Code

With Claude Code installed and signed in, paste this into your terminal:

claude plugin marketplace add ExFu/exfu-marketplace

Or, inside a Claude Code conversation:

/plugin marketplace add ExFu/exfu-marketplace

In Codex

With the Codex CLI installed, run this in your terminal to add the marketplace:

codex plugin marketplace add ExFu/exfu-marketplace

Then install your chosen plugin in step 2. Use the same local account for the CLI and the Codex app.

In ChatGPT

Open Plugins, if available, and look for the ExFu plugin you want. Availability depends on your account and workspace. Apps connects services; it does not install this GitHub marketplace.

In a managed workspace, ask your administrator about importing the ExFu marketplace from GitHub. A plugin marked Desktop only needs a supported desktop app.

Marketplace added? These instructions install just this plugin.

In Cowork

Browse your ExFu marketplace and find exfu-agent-library-solo. Choose Install, then check that it is enabled.

In Claude Code

In your terminal:

claude plugin install exfu-agent-library-solo@exfu-marketplace

Or in a Claude Code conversation:

/plugin install exfu-agent-library-solo@exfu-marketplace

In Codex

Install the selected plugin from your terminal:

codex plugin add exfu-agent-library-solo@exfu-marketplace

Start a fresh local task in the Codex app or CLI and check that the plugin’s skills are available.

In ChatGPT

If exfu-agent-library-solo is available in your plugin directory, open it, review its requirements and choose Install plugin. Connect any required apps when prompted.

If it is unavailable, use the Projects starting point below or choose Codex for local plugin setup. A repository link in a chat does not install the plugin.

Step 3 · Try your chosen plugin

Start a fresh session in the app where the plugin is installed. Check that its skills are available before asking it to run setup.

Give your library a home.

Create an ExFu Library folder somewhere you can find it again. Start a fresh session in your chosen app with access to that folder.

Paste this to begin:

I’ve installed the ExFu Agent Library. Help me get set up using the ExFu setup skill. Ask where my library should live, then walk me through it one step at a time.

Bring one real task. Start with the context you need for that task and add more as you go. Return to the same library folder next time.

Start with one useful task.

If installed, select the plugin with an @ mention or the + menu when available. Ask it which of its skills can run in this chat before starting.

Check whether the selected ExFu plugin and its skills are available in this chat. Explain what can run here and any setup needed. Then help me try it on one real task.

If the plugin is not available

Create a ChatGPT Project for your work. Add relevant reference files and project instructions describing the outcome, your preferences and what you want to review. This gives you a place to continue the work; it does not run the ExFu plugin or its local automation.

Help me set up this project around one recurring task. Ask what I want to achieve, which reference files will help and what I want to review myself. Then draft concise project instructions and help me try them on a small example.

A little support

Something not working?

I can’t find the plugin.

Check that the ExFu marketplace was added in the app you are using, and the plugin is installed and enabled. On a managed work account, your administrator may need to allow it.

My app doesn’t recognise the setup.

Start a new session in the app where you installed the plugin. Select your working folder and ask whether your agent can see the plugin’s skills. If not, restart the app and check your installed plugins.

Still stuck?

Email al@exfu.ai with the app you’re using, the step you reached and the error message. Leave out passwords and private client information.
